Alma's First Birthday Party (part 1)

  

 Alma's first birthday party was a blast! Alma got to wear her special "1" shirt that I made for her.

 

We had a few friends and neighbors over to celebrate our little lady's big day.  Even some of our four-legged friends showed up.

Our colleagues from UH all know Alma really well since she shows up for every meeting that Mommy and Daddy have to go to.

Dante always has a smile for Alma - she absolutely adores this kid!

Alma's always getting lots of love from these ladies: Mahena, Hoku, and Alysa.

Alma pulls a Rockette move for her friends Nanea and Stefan.

Copper is Lili's best friend so he had to show up too.

Nanna, Pappa, and Aunt Amanda Visit Hawaii

I know its been a while since we have posted anything. Things have been very busy. Nanna and Pappa came to visit for a week and Aunt Amanda was here for about three weeks. It was wonderful seeing everyone and spending some quality time with family. Here are some highlights from there trip:

Alma of course loved all the special attention.

We had a blast at the Polynesian Cultural Center. Alma was a hit with these beautiful ladies from Fuji.

 We had to make a stop at the Dole plantation so we could all taste some of that irresistible pineapple and snap some touristy photos. 

And of course we got to share lots of beautiful beaches with our visitors.

Thank you guys for coming all this way to see us. We are already looking forward to the next visit!
